Here's a quick summary. Each of our air cushion machines has its own guide below. Every guide covers set-up, recommended settings, changing the blade, belt and tape, and what to do if a fault appears, and each has a PDF manual you can download. All manuals are Issue 1, October 2026.

Warranty and support
Whether purchased or loaned, you have the option of free install & training. Our field support will continue for as long as the machines are being used.
If in the unlikely event there's a technical problem, most cases are resolved over the phone or on a video call. If the problem can't be resolved, a swap machine will be delivered within 48 hours (quicker if possible). High volume users are often supplied a free back-up machine on their site. The faulty equipment will then be collected and serviced.
Machines bought from Forever Green Packaging have a 1 year warranty from the install date, and parts needed after that may be chargeable. Machines supplied on loan are serviced at no charge for as long as the loan continues. Our machines are designed for our film, and we support them for as long as they are used with our film.
